How Consignment Works
Drop It Off
Bring in your gently used, in-season clothing, shoes, and accessories.
We Sell it for You
Our team selects what fits the shop and our customers.
You Get Paid
Once your items sell, you receive a percentage as credit on your account, or can request a payout via e-transfer.
Consign with Us
Items are accepted Tuesday to Friday from 11:30am – 5pm. We limit drop-offs to a maximum of 20 items.
We ask that all consignors read our
Consignment Terms
in full before booking a drop-off.
We also recommend visiting the store in-person before consigning to see how our store is curated to ensure your items are a good fit for our shop.
Please ensure the following:
- Items must be in season.
- No pilling, holes, stains, pet hair, or scuffs.
- All items must be clean and folded or on hangers.
- Items should be in ‘ready to sell’ condition.
- Leather goods & jewelry items should be polished and cleaned.
We select items based on how we chose to curate the store, what we think will sell and our current inventory.
It may take up to 10 days to process and inspect your items, if any items are not accepted, we will notify you. Once notified, you will have 14 days to pick your items before they are donated.
We’ve implemented a web-based tracking system, which allows you to check the status of items you have consigned, credit earned and purchase history. To receive a payout via e-transfer, please email us your request. Payouts are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Brands We Accept:
We differentiate ourselves with our eclectic curation that includes vintage, designer and hard to find items. We couldn't possibly name all the brands we accept, but the following will give you an idea of the type of pieces that sell well in our shop.
Trendy vintage pieces, Aritzia (Babaton, Wilfred, TNA), Lululemon, Ted Baker, Hugo Boss, Banana Republic, Anthropologie, Free People, A.P.C., Carhartt, Still by Hand, Fluevog, Eileen Fisher, Anthropology, Patagonia, AllSaints, Doc Marten, Chloe, and all Luxury Brands
Brands Not Accepted:
Some brands don’t align with our quality standards or sustainability values. Below is a list of brands we’re currently unable to accept:
H&M, Forever 21, Garage, Dynamite, Smart Set, Cleo, Old Navy, Ardene, Joe Fresh, Shein, Bench, Denver Hayes, Laura, Reitmans, Suzy Shier, Talbots, Victoria's Secret, Cider, American Eagle, Brandy Melville, Kirkland, Moores, Hagger
We cannot accept items that are missing brand tags or where tags have been cut out.
Items We Cannot Accept
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing the following items, as we’re unable to accept them
Wedding dresses, maternity wear, costumes, uniforms, scrubs, corporate products with logos, lingerie, underwear, sports bras and swimwear.
We do accept men's blazers, but suits and ties are only accepted as donations through our partner charity's account.
